Stage.

A long time ago, when I was 15 or 16, I can’t remember well, I was in a play. It wasn’t a school one, but we were all teens. It was a whole theme presentation about fears, called Mystère, Sorcières et Fantaisie. The kids told scary stories about witches and magic, we were the oldest so our play was about what worried us, so it was about being scammed by people. We got ripped off by a travel company and left stranded in an island, until they rescue us. It was really fun to do, and I remember the stage freight was gone as soon as the lights went on.

Since then I have spoke in public many times, during work presentations, at university, at work, it’s something that doesn’t bother me much. It’s not something I like as I am neurodivergent but I can do it. Last time that I remember was doing the calls at the airport for the passengers to board the flight. For me it was fun to do it, but I don’t think I would do it again.
