Music. I wrote about how important it is for me, how I lost it when my sister died, and now how it is all back. (The Day The Music Died Work music. Miss Americana.) It is on all day long, where on speakerphone or on my headset. And it what makes me travel in time, more than pictures or still, the sounds are the ones that carry my memories.
