Creativity.

It depends, sometimes it just comes to me like a flash in my head, the inspiration or the muse and I need to make it physical otherwise it won’t let me sleep. For example, I had the idea a week ago to make friendship bracelets for Xmas for everyone, I didn’t feel like spending a lot of money on gifts and I thought it would be something people would appreciate more as it is crafty. Everyone would get one, then I thought about two, and as I was making them I thought we would play a game when getting them as it it was in the Eras concert. Everyone would randomly get the same number of bracelets but not all of them where destined to that person so they would have to exchange them, making it more fun than just giving them and moving on.

As for the book I’m writing, most of the time it is just a matter of starting to tell the story to see it unfold before my eyes. When I don’t feel anything is going to come I just do something else and the inspiration will come suddenly at some point, either during the day or at night, that is more annoying as it won’t let me sleep.

So for me, being creative is more like paying attention of what is around us and see what can inspire me from there to do whatever kind of art I’m going to do at that moment.
